8) Bank Holiday Weekender Critical Mass Cycle ride
As the summer draws near join Critical Mass for a cycle party. On the last Friday of the month in cities all over the world, cyclists gather to take over the roads for an hour or two in a big mass.
It’s a party, a celebration, a social movement, and it has no leaders. If you’re at the front, you set the route!
Tradition is to gather from 6:00–6:30 outside Central Library and set off at around 6:30. Generally, ride for about an hour-ish before finding somewhere to end and have a beer etc!
